Keep Converting Raises USD 2M to Boost E-Commerce Conversion Rates

Keep Converting raised USD 2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Nuwa Capital and COTU Ventures. This comes as it exists stealth.  It aims to target one of e-commerce’s biggest challenges: turning website visits into purchases.

It seeks to use the funding to onboard more merchants and expand the engineering team developing its AI-powered conversion optimization platform.

Why You Should Care

AI is changing how shoppers discover products, giving e-commerce brands a new challenge beyond simply generating traffic: making sure those visitors actually convert once they reach a website.

That puts greater importance on the product page itself. As shoppers arrive through increasingly different channels and with different expectations, a single website experience may no longer be enough to move every visitor toward a purchase.

Keep Converting is positioning itself around this shift, betting that AI can help merchants adapt their websites to the changing path from discovery to purchase.

The Details

Founded in 2025 by Mohammad Mougi and Manuel Prinz, Keep Converting is an AI-native conversion optimization platform. It generates a fully personalized product page for every individual e-commerce visitor in real time. Thus, it seeks to replace one-size-fits-all product pages with experiences tailored to where each shopper came from and what they’re looking for.

The platform is integrated with major commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Zid, and Salla. Moreover, it current customer base spans the United States, Europe, and the Gulf.

Additionally, the platform claims that its client setup takes approximately 10 minutes. It also claims that most brands see measurable conversion improvements within two weeks. It operates on a results-based or subscription pricing model rather than charging upfront fees.

The Ripple

The raise comes as e-commerce increasingly shifts toward AI-assisted discovery. This creates demand for merchants to make their websites responsive to how shoppers arrive and what they expect to find.

For merchants, the model could shift personalization beyond recommendations and advertising into the product page itself. That gives e-commerce platforms and brands another layer through which to respond to changing customer behavior without relying on a single experience for every visitor.

What to Watch

Keep Converting will use its new funding to onboard more merchants and expand the engineering team supporting its platform. The company also plans to continue building its technology and expanding its presence across the United States, Europe, and the Gulf.

Its next phase will provide a clearer view of how the platform develops as Keep Converting works with more e-commerce brands and expands its AI-powered personalization capabilities.
