What happened? Seesaw, global Prek-12 learning experience company, acquired Little Thinking Minds, a MENA based edtech specializing in Arabic literacy solutions.

What does this mean for the two companies? With this acquisition, Seesaw aims to expand into the MENA region. Additionally, it aims to strengthen its offerings with comprehensive, culturally relevant educational content and literacy tools in Arabic and English.

Seesaw will also work on combining its interactive technology with Little Thinking Mind’s evidence-based Arabic literacy curricula and assessment solutions.
