What happened? France-based PoliCloud, raised approximately USD 8.8 million (EUR 7.5M) in a seed round. The round was led by Global Ventures, a MENA VC firm based in the UAE. It also saw participation from MI8 Limited, OneRagtime, Inria, other private investors.

What is next? With the new capital, it aims to hire its operating team. Additionally, it aims to grow its business globally with a focus on public entities in Europe.
