What happened? UAE-based HR technology company, Proffessional.me, secured USD 3.1 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Raha Beach Ventures. 

Who are they? Founded by Ryan Adams, Mgean Adam and Matt Schmid in 2024, Proffessional.me is an HR tech startup. It is an AI powered platform aiming to transform how companies hire and manage top talent. Instead of traditional methods, the startup introduces tailored micro-LLMs, individually trained for both employers and professionals. These models are capable of understanding context and nuance in order to enable smarter, faster, and more human hiring decisions.
