Oman’s eMushrif raised USD 7.5 million in a funding round. The round was led by Jasoor Ventures, with participation from Phaze Ventures, ITHCA Group, IDO Investments, and Annex Investments.

Looking forward, with the funding, it aims to support its regional expansion. This is with a primary focus on scaling its operations in the Saudi and UAE markets. It also seeks to continue investing in product development and operational capabilities in its existing

By expanding into Saudi and the UAE, eMushrif can serve more students and schools, improve operator efficiency, and deliver real value and peace of mind to parents,” said Adnan Alshuaili, CEO of eMushrif.

Transportation 

Founded in 2016 by Adnan Alshuaili and Awadh Al Shukaili, eMushrif is a tech-enabled mobility startup. It focuses on making school transportation safer, smarter, and more efficient through AI, IoT, and real-time data platforms. Its solutions include vehicle tracking, automated attendance, safety alerts, route optimization, and operational oversight for schools, parents, and transport operators.

 Furthermore, it works with schools, transport operators, and governments to improve safety, efficiency, and transparency in student transportation across the region. It currently serves more than 150,000 students across public and private schools in Oman and Kuwait. 

Bottom line: eMushrif’s USD 7.5M funding accelerates regional expansion, enhancing smart, safe, and efficient school transportation across MENA.
