UAE’s Property Finder Secures USD 170M Investment Led by Mubadala

UAE’s Property Finder raised USD 170 million investment from Abu-Dhabi based sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company. This is alongside another UAE sovereign wealth fund and BECO Capital

J.P. Morgan acted as sole placement agent to Property Finder on the transaction, while Moelis & Company served as an independent financial advisor. Finally, Freshfields LLP acted as legal counsel to the platform, and Cooley LLP acted as legal counsel to Michael Lahyani.

Looking ahead, the platform aims to continue simplifying the home-search journey and enhancing agent productivity. Furthermore, it aims to coniutnue building a more transparent, trusted, and future-ready real estate ecosystem.

Real Estate

Founded in Dubai in 2007 by Michael Lahyani, Property Finder is a real estate platform aiming to transform and improve how people buy, sell, and rent homes in the region. This is ​​through its comprehensive listings inventory, trusted user experience, and suite of innovative products powered by technology and AI.

This commitment follows the USD 525 million investment led by funds advised by Permira, with significant participation from Blackstone Growth in 2025.

Under the latest transaction, Mubadala and the sovereign wealth fund will each invest USD 75 million. Meanwhile, BECO Capital will invest USD 20 million from its newly launched USD 250 million Growth Fund I, its first deployment.
