Tactful AI
Egypt’s customer experience (CX) platform, Tactful AI, raises USD 1 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. The round was co-led by Foras AI and M Empire, with participation from a group of prominent deep-tech angel investors.
Founded in 2016 by Mohamed Elmasry and Mohamed Hassan, Tactful AI is a customer experience platform with a focus on enterprise AI solutions. It helps enterprises unify customer interactions, optimize service operations, and adopt Agentic AI in a practical, scalable way.
Its CX platform seeks to help organizations turn customer data into action and empower teams to adapt quickly. It also aims to help organizations transition from traditional automation to agentic execution. This enables AI to resolve customer requests end-to-end within operational controls.
“Their growth, enterprise adoption, and long-term commitment to R&D position them well to build a category-defining CX platform for the region and beyond,” said Mohamed Aboulnaga, General Partner at Foras AI.
It currently serves enterprise customers spanning sectors such as retail, fintech, logistics, and consumer services.
Customer Experience
Looking forward, with the new capital, it aims to grow in the Egyptian market. It also aims to explore and validate new regional markets across EMEA. Additionally, it seeks to accelerate research and development, enhancing the platform’s agentic capabilities, scalability, and integrations.
