What happened? Flam, an AI infrastructure startup, raises USD 14 million in series A funding. The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from Dovetail and other investors.

Shourya Agarwal, Co-founder & CEO of Flam, said, “Our mission is to turn every touch-point — Digital, Broadcast TV, Mass Media, Retail, Live fan engagements —into an interactive digital experience.”

What is next? With this funding, Flam aims to redefine how consumers engage with ads, retail aisles, and live broadcasts. This is building on its mission of turning content and interfaces into immersive and interactive experiences that deliver measurable ROI for brands. Furthermore, it aims to accelerate its GenAI powered product development and innovation. The startup also aims to expand its partner ecosystem by enabling creative studios and platforms to create and deploy MR content more efficiently.

Additionally. Flam aims to scale its infrastructure, broaden its partner program for creative studios and platforms. It also aims to release a new enterprise-grade suite of products. More importantly, the startup aims to expand across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Who are they? Founded in 2021 by Shourya Agarwal & Malhar Patil, and Amit Gaiki, Flam operates out of San Francisco and Bengaluru. Flam’s AI infrastructure enables real-time Digital, 3D and MR experiences in under 300 milliseconds. Additionally, this is without the need for downloads or browser redirects. Thus, allowing them to be scalable and accessible for enterprises worldwide.
