anb capital and Lexham Partners, together launched a USD 200 million growth fund exclusively focused on the MENA region. This is with a specific focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 2008, anb capital is an investment manager offering a full spectrum of investment related services. It is a a wholly owned subsidiary of anb, is a Saudi capital market institution regulated by the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) It encompasses capital markets, asset management, investment banking, brokerage, private wealth management, private equity and real estate investment services.
Meanwhile, founded by Dominic Perks, Lexham Partners is a London-based venture capital and growth investment firm.
Tech
The fund aims to back exceptional technological companies at the growth and pre-IPO stages. This is through deploying capital in a combination of secondary transactions and growth equity investments. Additionally, it will prioritize businesses with strong fundamentals, scalable platforms. It will also back business with a clear alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda.
