Apple

Apple announced the expansion of Apple Retail into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the launch of the Apple Store online and Apple store app. In addition, it will introduce support directly in Arabic for the very first time.

Online Store

With this launch, it aims to provide customers with a personalized shopping experience. This is with recommendations tailored to the products they already own. In addition, customers can compare different models, access saved items and easily track their orders.

It will also offer users the ability to select and customize their Mac devices to specific requirements. This includes chip memory and storage. They will also be able to personalize their watch case and band combination to create a unique look.

Retail Services

Apple’s new retail service aims to make it easier for customers in Saudi Arabia to discover and shop its technology. This will include personalized shopping support via chat and phone to help customers find the products that best suit their needs. Furthermore, after receiving the order, customers will still be able to connect with support to get help with setup.

In Saudi, the Apple Trade will allow customers to trade in their current device and receive credit toward a new one. If their device is not eligible for a credit, it will recycle it for free to divert electronic waste from landfills.

AApple announced plans to begin opening the first of several flagship store locations in Saudi Arabia starting in 2026. As part of this expansion, it is in the initial stages of planning an iconic retail store coming to Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This retail expansion builds on its existing investments and activities in the Kingdom. This includes the region’s first Apple Developer Academy, which opened in Riyadh in 2021 in partnership with the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Tuwaiq Academy, and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
