• Biban 2025 in Riyadh generated over USD 10B in agreements and initiatives to boost Saudi entrepreneurship and SMEs.
• Across four days, the forum saw 58 agreements and multiple funding initiatives supporting startups and innovative business growth.

Biban 2025

Over four days, the Biban Forum 2025, held in Riyadh, generated agreements exceeding USD 10 billion (SAR 38B).  This year the 11th edition of the forum is held under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.”

On the first day, 21 agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed. This launched initiatives worth around USD 6 billion ( SAR22.3B) aiming to support entrepreneurship. 

The second day featured 22 additional agreements and five initiatives to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The third day included 11 agreements, with launches worth around USD 2 billion (SAR7.6B) for financing entrepreneurial projects.

The final day saw four cooperation agreements and initiatives valued at nearly USD USD 2.1 billion (SAR 8.1B). Three of which were financing cooperation agreements, Monsha’at signed with leading finance companies. Moreover, this aims to help entrepreneurs and MSMEs access flexible funding solutions.

The agreements include: 

• Lendo:  USD 1.6 billion (SAR 6B) financing portfolio.
• Tamweel Al-Oula: USD 320 million (SAR 1.2B)
• Taajeer Finance : USD 133 million (SAR 500M)

Entrepreneurship 

Throughout the forum,  over 200 local and international speakers participated in discussions on AI, sustainability, and finance. Additionally, attendees engaged in more than 80 workshops, 2,150 consultations, and 1,000 mentorship sessions.
