On Monday 17th November 2025, Cityscape Global 2025, a real estate and urban development exhibition, opened in Riyadh. The event was attended by senior officials, international decision-makers, and real-estate leaders from within the Kingdom and abroad.
The event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. This is in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA). In addition, it is also in partnership with the Housing Program , one of Saudi Vision 2030’s initiatives, and organized by Tahaluf.
At the event’s opening, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail stated that the exhibition represents a national platform. This is a reflection of the Kingdom’s ambition to build smart cities, modern lifestyles. Furthermore, it seeks to foster a global real-estate economy based on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
Real Estate
The Minister indicates that the value of the deals exceeds USD 43 million for the first two days. This is in a reflection of the demand in the real estate market. Additionally, it is also a reflection of its attractiveness to investors at the local and international level.
“Let us move forward together with confident steps toward an urban future worthy of a nation that builds its glory through the work of its people and writes the chapters of its progress according to global standards and a firmly rooted national vision,” said Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail.
