Contact acquires 3 companies for 120 million EGP

Contact Real Estate Development has acquired 3 companies that provide complementary services for real estate development and the deal’s value is 120 million pounds. The companies accquired are JW Constructions, DFS General Services, and Turn Key Mechanical Solution.

Contact aims to start implementing a backward integration strategy to introduce new real estate development concepts in Egypt. Contact also aims to increase the volume of its investments in the New Administrative Capital market by 400% by 2023.

Contact stressed that the deal comes in parallel with the company’s vision and strategy for expansion and growth, with the aim of achieving more economic and investment growth.
