Contact, a finance solutions provider arm of Contact Financial Holding, and Boyot for real estate digital services, partnered to provide lending as a service (LaaS) in the unit management and property payment fields. This means providing an immediate credit limit to Boyot customers using advanced technologies.
“It is our goal to improve the experience of property managers as well as to develop a self-service system for communicating and making payments between unit owners and tenants. As part of the development of infrastructure and using the latest technological solutions to launch “lending as a service”, Boyot has partnered with the instant credit approval system as a strategic partner to facilitate instant financing, as well as periodic and temporary payments for housing units,” Ahmed Samir Kamel, Managing Director of Contact Credit Tech, said.
In this partnership, property managers and developers can manage their residential and commercial properties from a unified platform, such as sending maintenance requests to owners and allowing owners to pay maintenance fees in installments over a period of up to 60 months.
Earlier this year, Boyot also recently partnered with the Misr Real Estate Assets Management Company to collect rents and pay all utilities including water, electricity, gas, and internet online.
