Tech Launchpad

Creativa launched the Tech Launchpad program aiming to accelerate pre-seed and early stage startups. This through condensing copious amounts of learning into a few weeks. Moreover, the program was developed and designed by Creativa’s Business Support department over the past ten years.

The program will include nine key business modules aiming to enhance pitching skills. It will also offer one-on-one mentoring with the startup founders.  

Benefits

The Tech Launchpad program will include 11 hybrid sessions combining between in-person and online. This will include modules such as: 

  • Lean Startup Methodology
  • Introduction to Business Models & Developing Value Proposition
  • Writing an Effective Business Plan
  • Product Development
  • Marketing for Startups and Effective Market Research
  • Digital Marketing, Operation Plan for Startup
  • Fundamentals of Finance
  • Elements of an Effective Pitch

It will also include 5 one to one mentoring sessions for startup founders surrounding topics such as:  

  • Business Models & Developing Value Proposition
  • Marketing, Business and Financial Plans
  • Final Business Plan & Pitch Deck Presentation

In addition, founders will be equipped with skills to create a valid business plan, marketing plan, financial management plan and the pitch desk of their project.

The requirements for startups applying entail a minimum of two founders who must be residents of Egypt. Additionally, the startups must be tech-based, innovative, have impact or solve a real problem. 
The locations for the program will include Alexandria,Damanhour, Tanta, Mansoura, Menofia, Banha, Zagazig, and Ismailia, It will also include Port Said, Fayoum, Baniswif, Minya, Sohag, Qena, New Valley, and Aswan.
