Creativa Innovation Hubs, in collaboration with MINT by EG Bank, are accepting applications for CREATIVA x MINT Tech Hackathon. It is part of a broader effort by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and EG Bank to foster innovation and entrepreneurship nationwide.

 The event aims to empower Egypt’s innovators and tech-driven entrepreneurs to develop real-world solutions that create impact. The initiative focuses on empowering  tech enabled startups across Egypt to transform ideas into sustainable projects. It also promotes collaboration among young talents from diverse backgrounds, driving Egypt’s innovation landscape forward.

 Organized in partnership with Startup Factory, the three-day hackathon will take place simultaneously in Alexandria, Ismailia, Tanta, and Mansoura. It seeks to connect local talent across Egypt’s key regions. It also aims to empower participants to develop  innovative tech-enabled solutions to pressing real world challenges. Additionally, it seeks to enhance collaboration amongst creative minds to develop solutions, exchange ideas, and tackle pressing challenges.

At the end of the event, the top three ideas from each governorate will be awarded cash prizes totaling EGP 180,000. Winners will receive EGP 20,000 for first place, EGP 15,000 for second place, and EGP 10,000 for third place. Beyond the monetary prizes, all participants, including startups and visionaries, will receive a free EG Bank account.

Through this collaboration, Creativa and MINT by EG Bank continue to champion Egypt’s startup scene. The hackathon reinforces the mission to build a strong, innovation-led economy by empowering youth, supporting digital skills, and encouraging creative problem-solving.
