Egypt’s fintech venture capital, DisrupTech is aiming to reinforce its mission to foster innovation and scale startups. With approximately two-thirds of its USD 36 million fund already invested, the venture capital firm aims to deploy the remaining capital into new, high-potential opportunities while preparing for strategic exits starting in 2027.

DisrupTech has backed 21 startups so far including, MNT-Halan, Khazna, Mozare3, and WideBot. This spans 12 markets and generates over USD 450 million in revenue.
Over 90% of its portfolio companies landed follow-on funding. That includes MNT-Halan, which hit unicorn status in 2022 and is now expanding into Turkey and Pakistan.
