This system ensures that property listings are verified and up-to-date, reducing misinformation and redundant listings plaguing the market.
“The goal is to centralize real estate information in Egypt and eliminate past inconsistencies. We are leveraging the latest global technologies to seamlessly integrate the Egyptian market with the international real estate community.”
Ahmed El Batrawy, Chairman of E-Systematic.
Real estate professionals in North America and Europe widely use the MLS system. Its recent introduction to Egypt positions the country as a competitive player in the global market.
Global Integration
This milestone aligns with Egypt’s broader strategy to attract foreign investment into its real estate sector. The platform applies international standards and makes transactions more secure and reliable for local and international buyers.
El Batrawy highlighted that over 2 million real estate professionals worldwide can access Egyptian properties. This paves the way for unprecedented cross-border transactions and foreign direct investment.
the platform will provide advanced services, such as property valuation and comparative market analysis (CMA). These services allow developers, buyers, and sellers to benefit from services tailored to each category.
