EFG Hermes

EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding company and MENA’s leading investment bank, has partnered with Denmark’s Kenzi Wealth to introduce a new intelligent, risk-based portfolio advisory service.

Integrated into the EFG Hermes ONE app under the feature ‘One Advisor’ powered by Kenzi. Furthermore, it aims to give self-directed investors greater control and confidence in managing their portfolios. The tool provides tailored insights to help clients analyze portfolios before investing, optimize for diversification, rebalance when needed, and adapt to shifting market conditions.

“ Our mission is to empower investors with clarity and confidence, not replace their decision-making. One Advisor is a personalized advisory service built on institutional-grade risk modeling, designed to guide clients through the complexities of global markets. Instead of merely telling investors what to buy or sell, we equip them with the insight to invest smarter, rebalance when necessary, and stay resilient in volatile conditions,”

said Ahmed Waly, Global Head of Brokerage at EFG Hermes

The service uses institutional-grade risk modeling and analytics, tools traditionally reserved for private banks and elite investors, to make sophisticated investment strategies accessible to a wider client base. Portfolios are actively monitored, and clients receive real-time, actionable recommendations to ensure their investments are aligned with their specified risk appetite.

One Advisor

One Advisor aims to lower the barrier of entry by simplifying decision-making and providing structured, risk-based support. Once limited to ultra-wealthy families and institutions due to cost and complexity, this model is now accessible to all EFG Hermes ONE Global Markets clients.

Existing clients can activate the feature directly through the app. Meanwhile, new clients can gain access by opening a global market account through a streamlined digital onboarding process.

The rollout marks a step forward in democratizing professional-grade portfolio advisory in the region. It seeks to enable investors to plan smarter, invest more effectively, and navigate global markets with greater confidence.
