Belgian communication agency, Emakina Group announced its acquisition of Cloudworks, a cloud consulting company based in the GCC.

Cloudworks provides CRM and customer service projects for over 60 companies, including: Emaar, Dubai Investments and Saudi Aramco. 

Cloudworks has offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Mumbai and has successfully delivered more than 120 salesforce projects.

“This is a local and exciting step for our company. It will help our team to serve clients even better and create sustainable growth, and we gain the support of digital marketing experts in many domains, experienced in working together in a mature international group,” said Souphien Akhrif, CEO, Cloudworks.

Emakina Group has operation in 12 countries, and opened a Dubai office in 2018.

Its acquisition of Cloudworks has been approved by the Dubai Department for Economic Development and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
