PayTabs Egypt has entered into a strategic partnership with MNGM, the digital distributor for Gold Net Trading (GNT) and a subsidiary of Evolve Investment, according to media reports.
This collaboration marks a groundbreaking initiative, introducing online gold purchases through payment cards for the first time in Egypt, as detailed in an official press release.
Under this agreement, PayTabs Egypt will provide secure, seamless, and regulated payment channels, elevating the payment acceptance experience for MNGM customers.
Mina William, Country Business Development Manager at PayTabs Egypt, expressed the significance of the partnership in enhancing technology options for customers while facilitating PayTabs Egypt’s broader industry segment expansion.
As part of the collaboration, MNGM’s platform will now incorporate card payments, enabling customers to securely and transparently engage in selling, storing, and requesting the delivery of 999.9 (24k) gold.
The platform offers flexibility, allowing clients to purchase gold starting from a minimum of 0.1 grams or opt for physical gold with a minimum of 8 grams (Gold Coin 24K).
Sameh El Torgoman, CEO of Evolve Investment Holding, emphasized that the partnership aligns with MNGM’s mission to make gold more accessible, aiming to unlock wealth and create added value for all Egyptians.
“The collaboration with PayTabs Egypt stands as a significant step toward realizing this mission, combining financial technology and precious metal investments,” El Torgoman added.
