Saudi-based Madeed raised USD 400 thousand in a pre-seed round. The round was led by Vision Ventures (VV), with participation from investors including Mashhoor Aldubayan, Mazen Aldarrab, and Abdulla Nadeem Elyas.
Founded by Adam Bataineh, Madeed is a preventative health platform. It is developing a platform with a focus on extending lifespan. It aims to do so by focusing on improving the quality of life through disease prevention and long-term health optimization. Additionally, it depends on lab testing to detect early warning signs of hundreds of diseases before the appearance of symptoms.
