Saudi-based Regtech startup, STAMP, raised USD 2 million in a pre-seed funding round. 

Looking forward, with the funding, it aims to accelerate the development of its AI-powered compliance and corporate operations platform. It also aims to advance its artificial intelligence capabilities. Additionally, it seeks to continue developing a RegTech solution that supports organizations in optimizing corporate governance,and improving compliance readiness. Furthermore, it aims for the solution to also ensure alignment with the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Founded in 2021 by Muyasser Albar and Mohammed Zarei, STAMP is a regtech startup specializing in corporate services. Its core services cover regulatory license applications (Dealing, Managing, Advising and Arranging), registrations, incorporation and post-incorporation services before Saudi government authorities.
