Storyblok Closes USD80M Series C led by Brighton Park Capital

– Storyblok has raised $80 million in a Series C financing round, bringing its total funding to $138 million. The round was led by Brighton Park Capital with participation from existing investors HV Capital, Mubadala Capital, 3VC, and firstminute capital.

– The new funds will accelerate Storyblok’s growth in the US and Europe, supporting its vision of creating the first end-to-end content platform powered by AI and automation. As part of this vision, Storyblok announced the public beta of the Ideation Room, a collaborative space for teams to develop and enhance new ideas using AI.

– Investors praised Storyblok’s innovative platform, with Kevin Magan of Brighton Park Capital highlighting its ability to help marketers and developers quickly create content across multiple channels, and Ibrahim Ajami of Mubadala Capital noting the company’s impressive growth and strong support from both developers and marketers.

Storyblok, the modern content management system (CMS),has closed an $80 million Series C financing round, increasing its total funds raised to $138 million.

This latest round was led by Brighton Park Capital, with continued support from existing investors HV Capital, Mubadala Capital, 3VC, and firstminute capital. Storyblok’s workforce is fully remote, comprising 240 people across 45 countries.

The fresh capital infusion is set to propel Storyblok’s expansion in the US and Europe, helping the company realize its vision of creating the first end-to-end content platform driven by AI and automation.

Reflecting this ambition, Storyblok also announced the public beta launch of the Ideation Room. This new feature offers teams a centralized, collaborative space within Storyblok to brainstorm and refine new ideas at the onset of the creation process, leveraging AI to enhance and bring content to life.

Kevin Magan, Partner at Brighton Park Capital, lauded Storyblok’s innovative, easy-to-use platform, which aids both marketers and developers in swiftly creating content experiences across various channels.

Ibrahim Ajami, Head of Ventures at Mubadala Capital, echoed this sentiment, noting the impressive speed of Storyblok’s growth since their Series A investment.
