Tarmeez Capital 

Tarmeez Capital and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority,Monsha’at, launched USD 1.06 billion (SAR 4B) financing portfolio. This was announced on the sidelines of Biban 2025 in Riyadh.

“The launch of this portfolio in partnership with Monsha’at reflects our vision to develop sustainable financing instruments that contribute to supporting economic growth and empowering entrepreneurs and enterprises,” Mr. Mansour Al-Saadoun Board and Executive Advisor at Tarmeez Capital.

This agreement aims to expand financing opportunities for SMEs through innovative solutions based on Islamic sukuk instruments. It also seeks to enhance financing efficiency, and promote sustainable economic growth. Additionally, it aims to enable entrepreneurs to access financing solutions that meet their needs and align with Saudi Vision 2030.
