Year-to-date, Talaat Moustafa Group Holding has reported total sales of EGP 340 billion (USD 7.1 billion), marking a remarkable growth of over seven times compared to the same period last year.
TMG has emerged as the fastest and top-selling company from a single project launch in the MENA region, leveraging its strong brand equity to drive significant profitability and enhance return on equity in the coming years. The SouthMed project, situated on Egypt’s North Coast along the Mediterranean Sea, achieved historic sales figures, unprecedented in Egypt’s real estate history and globally.
In addition to SouthMed’s success, TMG’s Banan project in Saudi Arabia has also exceeded expectations, generating approximately EGP 40 billion in total sales since its launch in May 2024, surpassing the project’s annual sales target within just two months.
