- Investcorp closes USD 750M Golden Horizon Fund in partnership with CIC, targeting high-growth companies across GCC and China.
- The fund focuses on consumer, healthcare, logistics, and business services, aiming for IPOs or strategic exits within three to five years.
- So far, the fund invested in NourNet, Trukker, and Salla, supporting cross-border growth and regional expansion opportunities.
Investcorp
Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm, announced its final close of its Golden Horizon Cooperation Fund. The fund is launched in collaboration with China Investment Corporation (CIC), a sovereign wealth fund.

It also secured commitments from a diverse group of global institutional investors and LPs. This includes Jada Fund of Funds (a subsidiary of PIF), Saudi Venture Capital, Silk Road Fund, and Bank of China, among others spanning the GCC, Asia, and China.
Golden Horizon Cooperation Fund
The fund focuses on investing in high-growth, profitable companies across consumer, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and business services sectors. It focuses specifically on the GCC and China with an objective to foster cross-border expansion and value creation.
It focuses on established companies with scale and maturity. Furthermore, it seeks to target companies well-positioned for IPOs or strategic exits through trade sales within three to five years.
Together, Investcorp and CIC aim to provide support to help portfolio companies scale and deepen commercial ties between the two regions.
So far, the fund has completed three investments in the GCC:
- NourNet – an ICT services provider in Saudi Arabia
- Trukker– MENA’s on-demand digital trucking aggregator, operating across the Middle East and Europe.
Salla – Saudi’s SaaS e-commerce enablement platform.
