What happened? US- based Uniqus Consultech secured USD 20 million in Series C funding. The round was led by Nexus Ventures Partners with participation from Sorin Investments.
“The funding will also help us to build Uniqus AI, leveraging our deep domain skills and new GenAI models to transform how consulting services are delivered,” said Jamil Khatri, co-founder and CEO of Uniqus
What will they do with the funding? The funds will be used to accelerate the growth trajectory, launch adjacent services, and geographical expansion across the Middle East. It aims to place substantial R&D investments in AI-driven solutions.

Who are they? Uniqus Consultech is a tech-enabled global platform that offers consulting solutions in the accounting and reporting, and finance operations. Furthermore, it also offers governance, risk, ESG, and technology domains.
Since launching two years ago, Uniqus has set up offices in 11 cities across the Middle East, US, and India.
Why does this matter? This comes amid a rising demand for modern consulting solutions. Moreover, the demand is for consulting services that combine domain expertise with advanced technology and access to a global talent pool.
