Breez AI
US-Jordanian startup, Breez AI, raised USD 1.3 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Wamda Capital and saw participation from DASH Ventures and FENA Holdings. This capital will fuel the company’s product development and support its global expansion into key enterprise markets.
Founded in 2025 by Karim Malhas, Breez AI is a no-code voice orchestration platform. It enables enterprises to deploy real-time, natural-sounding Voice AI across their phone operations within minutes. It aims to reduce call failures, response delays, and missed customer opportunities. This should allow businesses to scale their voice automation capabilities without adding complex engineering or operational headcount.
Voice Orchestration
Looking forward, with the new funds, it aims to expand to North America and the GCC. Additionally, it is forging partnerships with AI and contact-center providers to support deployments in these regions. Additionally, it will support the acceleration of product development and global expansion.
It sets out to tackle the failure of traditional telecom systems to support modern voice AI applications. It argues that the failure to properly support AI leads to dropped classes, high latency, and inconsistent performance.
The founder argues that the challenge is not within the AI itself but rather with the fragmented infrastructure backing it. Thus, the startup aims to provide that the orchestration lawyer holding back reliable voice automation.
So far, the startup has begun paid proofs of concept designed for thousands of daily calls. It is also partnering with AI and contact-center providers to run deployments across North America and the GCC.
