Creative Industry Summit and Misr Italia Properties (MIP) signed an agreement that would see Cairo Business Park be the official sponsor and host of the summit’s 14th and annual festival. Since 2014, the Creative Industry Summit has been celebrating achievements in the MENA region’s creative economy, by gathering thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators across various fields.
“The partnership with Creative Industry Summit is in line with our strategy of empowering and enabling young people through providing an environment that nourishes their existing set of skills, we look forward to hosting all creatives across the region and giving them a platform for an open dialogue with local, regional and international industry leaders during a 3-day event,” Sherif Saleh, Co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties, said.
Hosting the event acts as a step toward realizing MIP’s vision of expansion as a holistic developer aiming at making a change in its customers’ lives through different developments including business complexes. Cairo Business Park is to become East Cairo’s hub for innovation and entrepreneurship for innovative thought leaders and budding entrepreneurs.

Cairo Business Park is MIP’s flagship administrative venture located in New Cairo with investments reaching EGP 6 billion. Covering an area of 75,000 m2, the smart serviced hub offers a diversified product mix that includes an all-inclusive administrative building, a commercial area, a business hotel by Hilton Garden Inn, as well as the newest product, C-Suites, consisting of 16 executive offices with expansive spaces and three floors to ceiling glass windows overlooking the central park. Construction of the project has reached 95% and it is set to be in full operation by Q1 2023.
