CIRA Education launched CIRA Care with a USD 27.7 million investment. The care initiative aims to revolutionize the care economy in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030 to establish social justice and improved quality of life. Its specific focus will be on childcare, healthcare, disability support and eldercare.
CIRA Care Expands
CIRA will channel the investment over two years and across five countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Germany and America. This is in hopes of fulfilling the care needs in Egypt, the MENA region and exporting skilled care workers abroad.

CIRA’s Framework
CIRA’s framework entails care-giver training programs, international certification along with collaboration with esteemed institutions to cultivate a highly skilled workforce. Beyond care-training, the initiative aims to provide post-training job support to continue to adapt to the evolving care sector.

Ultimately, the care initiative is set to attract foreign investment, foster local talent, and position Egypt as an exporter of care workers.
