Cuemath announces its expansion into Saudi Arabia

Cuemath, one-on-one personalised math learning platform, announces its expansion into Saudi Arabia.

This expansion into the Saudi market follows Cuemath’s growth in the UAE where the company’s subscriber base has grown 600% since its June 2021 launch and additionally its recent move into Qatar.

“We are growing rapidly in the Middle East and are delighted to expand into the Kingdom – the most populous country on the Arabian Peninsula. The attraction of Cuemath’s unique teaching methods has spread quickly across the region since we entered the UAE last year,” Vivek Sunder, Cuemath’s CEO, commented.

Saudi’s EdTech market is rapidly growing forecasting a 21% CAGR between 2020-2025 according to data from Ken Research. This also comes in hand with the digitisation of education prioritised in the country’s vision 2030 strategy to transform the economy.

Other market drivers include the country’s young population, scarcity of teachers, increased female learners, increasing internet use, and their burgeoning entrepreneurial ecosystem which requires math skills development.

“The Kingdom has a young population, increased digital connectivity, and education is a high public policy priority. This combination is fertile ground for Cuemath, and we look forward to preparing the Kingdom’s children for future math-related jobs in a digitised economy, equipping them with the problem-solving skills they need,” Sunder added.

Cuemath has grown its global market presence to over 50 countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Nigeria, India and Thailand. The program is led by over 10,000 teachers from various professional backgrounds.
