Founded in 2018, Userguest offers a fully automated tool that enhances direct revenue from hotel websites by delivering personalized messages and intelligent incentives to visitors.
The funding round, led by Al Mada Ventures, included participation from CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, Plug & Play, and notable business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman.

The primary objective of this fundraising round is to accelerate growth and introduce innovative features. A significant portion of the funds will enhance the sales team, allowing Userguest to penetrate key markets and solidify its position as a leader in direct revenue optimization.
