intella partners with Huawei to integrate its AI technology services

intella, a real-time intelligence provider, announced its partnership with Huawei, the global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, to advance its Arabic Speech-To-Text technology.

This partnership aims at deepening the integration between intella Voice and Huawei OpenLab allowing Huawei to utilize intella’s core technology to build AI products using its own interface.

The partnership targets the creation of new commercial opportunities and the development of new use cases for intella’s AI-based technology.

“We, at Huawei, are keen to support technology-based startups in order to accelerate their growth, which in return feeds into our progressive vision of digital transformation. Under the agreement, we will integrate intella’s new AI model, intella Voice, into our AI products. On the other, intella will have full access to our state-of-the-art public and private cloud stack, which are essential for expanding their customer base in new markets, as they provide the infrastructure needed to store, manage, and access data quickly and efficiently,” Michael Shafik, Director of Solutions and Strategic Partnerships at Huawei Northern Africa, said.

intella raised $1 million in a seed financing round led by Hala Ventures with participation from Falak Startups earlier this year, and it was founded in 2021 by Nour Taher and Omar Mansour.
