•  Strategic Stake Acquisition: Investcorp’s technology division is poised to acquire a majority stake in Veda GMBH, a distinguished payroll-as-a-service provider situated in Alsdorf, Germany, as per an official company statement.

•  Comprehensive HR Management Solutions: Veda, headquartered in Alsdorf and boasting a workforce of approximately 170 employees, specializes in digital HR management solutions. 

•  CEO Partnership for Growth: Ralf Graessler, Veda’s CEO, will maintain his investment in the company, collaborating with Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP) to propel further growth.

Investcorp‘s technology division is set to secure a majority stake in Veda GMBH, a prominent payroll-as-a-service provider based in Alsdorf, Germany, according to a company statement. 

Veda, with its headquarters in Alsdorf and a workforce of approximately 170 employees, specializes in digital HR management solutions. 

The platform offers a comprehensive suite covering payroll, time and security management, recruiting, personnel development, and learning management, catering to around 1,200 customers.

Ralf Graessler, CEO of Veda, will retain his investment in the company, aligning forces with Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP) to drive further growth.

Georg Knoflach, Managing Director at ITP, expressed confidence in Veda’s product quality and market strategy, emphasizing the significant potential to assist more SMEs in migrating their mission-critical HR services to the cloud.

The transaction, anticipated to conclude in Q1 2024, is subject to customary closing conditions.
