What happened? AI-powered customer experience management (CXM) platform raised USD 30 million in a series B round. The round was led by Impact46 with participation from Wa’ed Ventures, Takamol Ventures, Sparklabs, Rue Growth Fund and ARG.
Turki Al Joaib, Managing Partner at Rua Growth Fund, added: “Lucidya continues to prove that world-class technology can emerge from the Kingdom, where their proprietary AI and ongoing advancements in generative AI are setting new standards in CXM.”
AI Agents
Who are they? Founded in 2016, Lucidya is a customer experience management AI startup operating across telecom, BFSI, hospitality, healthcare, and public sector. Its client base spans both private and government entities with a combined market capitalization over USD 250 billion.
Abdullah Asiri, CEO and Founder of Lucidya, commented on the round explaining, “Our story started back in 2016, when we took a bet on AI long before it became a boardroom buzzword.”
Who are they? With the newly acquired investment, the startup aims to scale its AI agent offering. Furthermore, it aims to position itself as a digital workforce platform tailored for customer-facing roles.
Additionally, the platform aims to enable businesses to automate and personalize engagement across support, marketing, sales, and customer experience functions. It also aims to reduce operational costs and ensure compliance with regulations such as PDPL.
