Saudi’s Future Look acquires France’s Calldesk in a $11M deal

Saudi-based AI tech company Future Look, has announced its full acquisition of the French company Calldesk in a deal valued at $11 million.

Future Look was established in 2007, and it owns 8 startup companies specializing in artificial intelligence and data science under its umbrella, including Labeh, the smart assistant company that specializes in conversational artificial intelligence.

Calldesk was founded in France in 2016 and is based in Paris, providing its solutions in Europe and abroad to clients in vital sectors; Such as the financial sector, insurance, communications, electricity and transportation.
