Tatweer Misr launches Rivers its newest project

Tatweer Misr, Egypt’s leading real estate developer, launched its new project, Rivers, in New Zayed last November. The project is situated on 100 acres of greenery and flowing waters and is Tatweer Misr’s first development in West Cairo.

Rivers comprises more than 700 units ranging from standalone to twin house and townhouse units, and to provide its residents with an unmatched living experience, every unit is guaranteed a waterfront and landscape view with intertwining rivers and central parks.

Rivers’ launch event took place during the opening of Tatweer Misr’s first sales office, in West Cairo in Arkan Plaza, with a unique interactive experience for the attendees.

The 10-minute experience takes guests into 3 different rooms. The first room shows a video of Ahmed Shalaby, President and CEO of Tatweer Misr, and Karim Radwan, Chief Commercial Officer of Tatweer Misr, welcoming their guests, with an introduction to Tatweer Misr and the inspiration behind developing Rivers.

The second room takes its visitors on a 3D experience immersing their senses in Rivers’ nature and giving them a feel of the development.

The third and last room was what they called “the dining room”  to give the guests a sense of home while watching a sales pitch video that provides additional information on Rivers.
