Tatweer Misr and the Saudi Arabian Ministries of Investment, Municipal, and Rural Affairs, and Housing have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore more investment opportunities in the region for both countries.
Both sides are having a strategy to expand and be international players in the Real Estate industry.
Senior officials and representatives from both Egypt and Saudi Arabia have signed the MoU, and that was on the sidelines of the MIPM exhibition – which is held in Cannes, France from the 14th to the 17th of March.
Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision is to improve the city lifestyle, increase residential ownership to 70%, and engage the real estate private sector.
