Torod signed a strategic agreement with Makane, a Saudi-based e-commerce startup. Torod also announced the launch of its latest product which provides infrastructure for shipping solutions as a service (IaaS) for e-commerce platforms.

This latest solution from Torod enables businesses and e-commerce platforms to obtain the necessary infrastructure for seamless integration with local and international shipping and delivery solutions providers. This, as a result, provides them with various transport and shipping solutions through dozens of companies without the need to negotiate with each company separately and integrate its system into the platforms.

Makane helps sellers to digitize their operations by enabling them to create their online stores easily. With more than 160 shipping companies offering delivery and shipping services inside and outside the Kingdom to more than 12 thousand outlets, the new partnership will contribute to expanding the company’s business.
