TVM Capital Healthcare has infused $17 million into neurocare, a pioneering player in personalized mental healthcare based in Munich, Germany.

This investment marks TVM Capital Healthcare’s commitment to fostering neurocare’s global expansion plans.

Specializing in healthcare private equity, TVM Capital Healthcare operates from its headquarters in Dubai and Singapore.

Their latest investment in neurocare is aimed at facilitating the company’s international growth strategy, which includes penetrating the US market and establishing a presence in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the funds will support the advancement of new hardware and software innovations.

This investment underscores TVM Capital Healthcare‘s broader mission to enhance healthcare accessibility in the MENA region, marking its ninth venture towards this goal.

Neurocare distinguishes itself through its Digital Therapy Platform (DTP), which offers comprehensive and patient-centric treatment for various psychological and neurological conditions.

Leveraging cutting-edge mental healthcare techniques and tools such as sleep assessment, therapeutics, psychotherapy, TMS, and neurofeedback, neurocare empowers clinicians to deliver personalized care.

The platform operates on a cloud-based system, enabling clinicians to develop tailored therapy plans designed to achieve robust and sustainable clinical outcomes.

Mental disorders affect approximately 13.0% of the global population, with the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbating the situation.

Despite this, mental health treatment remains insufficient in many regions, presenting a significant growth opportunity for innovative companies like neurocare.

Tristan de Boysson, Managing Partner at TVM Capital Healthcare, noted the traditional reliance on behavioral and drug-based therapies in the region’s mental health clinics, positioning neurocare as a pioneer with its innovative and effective treatment methods.

“TVM Capital Healthcare looks forward to collaborating with neurocare’s management team to realize their shared objective of extending superior mental healthcare solutions to the MENA region.”
