Deliveroo, a British online food delivery company, expands its operations and services to Qatar. As part of its launch plans, Deliveroo has carried out an effective onboarding rider training program for its agency riders network.
The training sessions informed riders about safe driving, and road safety guidelines, in addition to health tips and customer interaction advice to ensure riders are equipped on all relevant aspects in order for them to efficiently complete orders.
“Riders are at the heart of our business, and it’s our duty to ensure that they are well equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence that allows them to start the journey with Deliveroo in Qatar feeling safe and protected,” Keshav Jayant, Country Manager of Deliveroo Qatar said.
The delivery company operates in over 200 cities and towns across the UK, and works with 50,000 restaurant partners, major grocery partners, and has more than 50,000 self-employed riders.
