Beyon Cyber is to acquire a majority stake in DTS Solution, a cyber security advisory, consulting, and engineering firm headquartered in Dubai.

The acquisition of DTS Solution will support Beyon Cyber’s strategic plans to expand its geographical footprint and portfolio of cybersecurity offerings.
DTS Solution was founded in 2011, and is a cybersecurity provider, offering various advanced services and solutions to combat cybercrime and uplift compliance. It also provides advanced end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and advisory to organizations across Bahrain and the region.
