• Dar Global and the Trump Organization launch sales of two Saudi real estate projects worth USD 10.13 billion (SAR 38B).

Dar Global 

Luxury real estate developer Dar Global and the Trump Organization are kicking off sales of two real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. The value of the two projects is estimated at USD 10.13 billion (SAR 38B). 

The first of the two projects, Trump International Golf Club, at Wadi Safar, was launched on the 11th of January 2025. The second project is the Trump International Hotel in Riyadh’s Diriyah, a massive development project on the capital’s western edge.

The second project will be launched this week, according to Dar Global Real Estate’s CEO Ziad El Chaar. Furthermore, the CEO notes that the financing for the projects will come from off-plan sales, local and regional banks, and internal resources. 

Real Estate & Golf Projects

The Trump International Golf Club covers a 2.6 million square metre (sqm) area in Wadi Safar. It will feature a championship golf course, a luxury hotel, and premium residential units. These features will overlook the area’s natural wadis and golf landscapes.

The project follows a joint announcement made in December 2024 on the launch of two Trump-branded developments in Riyadh. Currently, Dar Global’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia stands at USD 11 billion. 

The projects are in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to diversify the economy. Additionally, the projects also aim to attract direct foreign investment. Additionally, starting this month, the Kingdom plans to allow foreigners to own property for the first time in designated areas.
