What happened? UAE-based Dubbizzle Group acquired Hatla2ee, an Egyptian online car marketplace. Dubizzle Group owns and operates dubizzle, Bayut and Drivearabia across the MENA region, with this recent acquisition it aims to enhance its automotive presence.
What does this mean for the two companies? With this acquisition, car buyers and sellers in Egypt will be able to benefit from a seamless and tech-driven experience.This is because Dubbizzle Group integrates its advanced technology and resources into Hatla2ee’s platform.
