Egypt’s startup Widebot announced the launch of an AI-supported ‘Holoul’ platform to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) boost their customers’ services.
The statement came on the sidelines of the biggest entrepreneurial local event ‘Rise Up Summit 2023’, which wrapped up in Cairo on March 18 at the Grand Egyptian Museum.
‘Holoul’ platform is targeting small and medium enterprises, and it is supported by artificial intelligence to provide marketing, electronic sales, and customer service services in addition to payment and collection services.
The platform is supported by the most powerful artificial intelligence engine, as it can understand and respond to various questions in Arabic, whether in standard Arabic or in different colloquial dialects such as the “Egyptian – Saudi – Emirati – Jordanian – Lebanese” dialects, Engineer Mohamed Nabil, CEO of the “Widebot” company, said. Our goal is to expand the services to more than 100,000 small and medium-sized companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia by the end of 2024, Nabil added.
