Falak Startups and EBRD partnered to bring the Venture Capital Fund Management simulation: The Fund Manager! Simulation. The 2-day simulation masterclass was held in collaboration with Strategy Tools, sponsored by EBRD, and hosted at Consoleya.
The Fund Manager! Simulation is a comprehensive 2-day masterclass designed to give aspiring venture capitalists the chance to enhance their skills in building and scaling venture capital funds over two days.
Through real-life fund simulations and hands-on activities, participants gained insights into the entire lifecycle of a fund from identifying an investment strategy to making successful deals and collaborating between and across different teams. The 2-day masterclass also included mini-lectures and advanced exercises run by Strategy Tools’ team.
Over 50 participants attended the masterclass from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the USA, representing different experience areas and levels from various VCs and angel investment Networks, as well as lawyers, entrepreneurs, and students. Falak Startups is planning to run the second round soon.
