The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) granted Hassan Allam Digital Infrastructure and Data Center Solutions a license to establish and operate data centers and provide cloud computing services.
The company plans to invest approximately USD 400 million in the first phase of a state-of-the-art data center designed according to international standards. It plans to further expand capacity in the coming years to meet rising demand for data hosting and cloud computing services across government entities, financial institutions, and national and international businesses.

The project is being developed in partnership with A15, combining Hassan Allam’s infrastructure expertise with A15’s operational and digital capabilities.
