Kemitt, Egypt’s furniture e-commerce, partners with Beirut’s Moodfit

Kemitt, e-commerce marketplace for furniture in Egypt, partners with Beirut-based Moodfit to bring interior designing services to its customers. The new service will allow customers to take a quick design quiz to find out their style, and answer a few questions to find themselves matched with their perfect designers. From there, the designer guides them through the journey of creating a space they love based on their design style and budget.

The partnership comes in a bid to improve the customer experience on the platform, as well as to enhance the online shopping experience for Kemitt users. The collaboration with Moodfit will provide its users with a more personalized shopping experience to be the one-stop-shop solution for customers looking to furnish their homes with professional help at an affordable price.

“This partnership marks another step in Kemitt’s strategy to continue building a  furniture ecosystem by extending its services to be able to provide a seamless  shopping experience for people to buy furniture online in Egypt and the MENA region,” Mahmoud Fouad, Kemitt’s CEO, told WAYA.

Moodfit was founded in 2018 and is now fully operational in UAE with expansion plans towards Riyadh and other countries in the region.

KemittDesign is the second product to be announced this year, as the company has announced the launch of KemittBusiness the first B2B marketplace for furniture, last May.
