Lunate Capital Limited has unveiled the Chimera GB Morgan UAE Yield Estes Traded Fund, marking a significant milestone in UAE’s investment landscape.

This pioneering fund, designed to provide lucrative opportunities in the UAE bond market, will debut on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market, Lunate Capital Management Limited is a subsidiary of Lunit Holdings Restricted Limited.

The fund, a first of its kind in the UAE and the broader region, promises to offer investors a chance to tap into the lucrative UAE bond market.

The Chimera GB Morgan UAE Yield Estes Traded Fund is crafted to track the performance of the GB Morgan MSCI UAE Investment Grade Index. It encompasses a diverse portfolio of UAE-denominated bonds, both liquid and US dollar-denominated, issued by sovereign, quasi-sovereign, and corporate entities within the United Arab Emirates. 

These bonds boast investment-grade ratings and minimum issuance amounts of $500 million, ensuring robust investment opportunities in the UAE bond market.

Scheduled for listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on March 26, the fund fully complies with the “UCITS” rules, including stringent portfolio diversification requirements.
